I found her a couple weeks ago when trying to find let go by frou frou on youtube. shes amazing. I wish I could sing like her.. are there any types of surgeries or enhancements for vocal cords to allow us not-so-blessed-with-singing-voices-individuals, to better our singing voices? because thats the one surgery I would get. singing is such an emotional and powerful outlet for me.. I sing, even though I know im not all that good, but it allows me to release anger, sadness, happiness, so much...

so, I was watching yes man a couple days ago and a line that was said has stuck with me since then.. because its so true. "the world is your playground, and somewhere along the way we forget that.. we're happy leading our lives in this small box, same thing day in and day out". its so true. and its so sad. we're only here, on this earth, once. and why do we seclude ourselves to the same routine, when there is so much to see out there, so much to experience. and I do, I want to experience as much as I can before I die. I want to travel the entire world. I dont want to wait until I retire, god knows when that will be with our economy nowadays, but I dont want to be old when I finally get to experience life. I want to start early, I want to start now.

todays events: superbowl sunday. i dont follow football whatsoever, but hey, another reason to get together with friends and be happy.. never sounds like a bad idea. how did I go about picking the team I rooted for.. well I just happened to help drew bree's wife (fyi the saints quarterback) at work this past week and she was so incredibly sweet. I was a complete and utter mess the day I happened to help her too. I still feel so bad for not being able to keep my professional composure, but I am human and am allowed to simply have a bad day. just sucks I had to have it on the day I worked with her! aah well.. all ended well, she liked me so much she gave me two superbowl tickets! not too bad :)

that would be why I chose to root for the saints, who kicked butt by the way. good pick on my part ey?


thought of the day: dont change who you are to try to impress me.. you dont have to like what I like. instead of impressing me, it justs annoys me.. be yourself. ...accept it for what it is.
